1.2. Service Area: Our home appliance repair services are available across All Hyderabad and Secunderabad areas.
1.3. Acceptance: By booking a service, you explicitly agree to these terms.
2.1. Data Required for Service: To provide our service, we collect the following personal information from you:
Customer Name
Customer Mobile Number (including WhatsApp number, if provided)
Customer Service Address
2.2. Data Usage: Your name, mobile number, and address are collected solely for the purpose of fulfilling your service request (i.e., confirming the booking and dispatching the technician). This information will be shared with the assigned technician.
3.1. Visiting/Diagnostic Fee: A mandatory visiting or diagnostic fee of ₹349 is applicable for the inspection of the appliance.
Fee Policy: This fee covers the technician's travel and time for diagnosing the fault. This fee is non-refundable if you choose not to proceed with the repair after diagnosis.
Adjustment: If you choose to proceed with the repair, the visiting fee will be adjusted in the final bill for labor and parts.
3.2. Service Quote: The technician will provide a detailed, itemized quote (including parts and labor costs) after the diagnosis. Repair work will only begin after your explicit verbal or written approval of the quote.
3.3. Payment: Full payment is due immediately upon the successful completion of the service. We accept payment by Cash, UPI, or other agreed-upon digital methods.
4.1. Repair Warranty: We provide a 60-day Service Protection on the specific repair labor performed and on all new spare parts installed. This warranty is limited to the exact issue that was addressed.
4.2. 60-day warranty Protection Exclusions: The warranty will be void if:
New faults arise unrelated to the original repair.
Damage occurs due to voltage fluctuations, customer misuse, or external factors.
The appliance is serviced or tampered with by any other party after our repair.
4.3. Limitation of Liability: E-Pro Services is responsible only for direct damages proven to have resulted from our service, and our liability is limited to the cost of the repair service provided.
5.1. Access: You must provide the technician with safe, clear, and easy access to the appliance.
5.2. Appliances Covered: Our services include repair for Water Geyser, Air Cooler, AC, Washing Machine, Refrigerator, Microwave Oven, Solar Geyser, and Bain Marie.
